Hi people, what's been on?

Around the ending of last year, I decided to stop blogging because I wasn't motivated to talk about haircare anymore. I means it's been 9 years of blogging about natural hair tips and I believed that everything that needed to be said had been said.

To challenge myself, I decided to start making videos. Given that I prefer communicating face to face or via text, this was a whole big step for me!

So, I abandoned the blog and focused on my YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp platforms until I pondered one problem: Product Reviews!

How was I going to share detailed reviews about products I've tried out recently? How could I share product ingredients for those like me that are interested in knowing what goes onto our hair and skin?

Also, since I speak slowly, it may take a generation and a half to share every little observation I have about a product.

Then it hit me, I'm much more comfortable writing about this stuff....so here I am writing a product review!

If you've been following me recently, you'll already be used to seeing BelleStar Products on my feed and you've probably benefited from their generous giveaways!

I started using this Nigerian brand since 2019 and I'm so shocked at myself that I'm  only writing the reviews now!

One reason is that I didn't want to review their haircare products in pieces. Another reason is I wanted to test out how the products would fare both in rainy season and dry harmattan season.

Well, that's been done and here's my review.

BelleStar is a Nigerian haircare and beauty brand. The brand's policy is to provide the best hair and skincare products using naturally sourced ingredients at an unbeatable affordable price. They currently offer more than 10 unique products suitable for African hair types, relaxed, texlaxed or natural. They also have a line up of products suitable for maintaining protective styles such as weaves, wigs, braids and extensions. 

I've had tbe opportunity to try out all the products in their range which they kindly sent me.
